[1]THE REGISTRATION (WEST PAKISTAN AMENDMENT) ACT, 1967

An Act to further amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the Province of West Pakistan

Preamble.— WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the Province of West Pakistan in the manner hereinafter appearing;

      It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1.   Short title and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Registration (West Pakistan Amendment) Act, 1967.

      (2)  It shall come into force at once.

2.   Amendment of section 30 of Act XVI of 1908.— Sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908) in its application to the Province of West Pakistan shall be re-numbered as section 30 and sub-section (2) thereof shall be omitted.
