An Act to amend the Pakistan Penal Code in its application to the Province of West Pakistan

Preamble.— WHEREAS it is necessary to amend the Pakistan Penal Code in its application to the Province of West Pakistan;

      It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1.   Short title.— This Act may be called the Pakistan Penal Code (West Pakistan Amendment) Act, 1963.

2.   Amendment of section 304-A of Act XLV of 1860.— In section 304-A of the Pakistan Penal Code for the words and commas “two years, or with fine, or with both”, the words and comma “four years, and shall also be liable to fine” shall be substituted.
